This product breaks within a year. After getting the replacement once,it again broke within a year and this time, I am no longer in warranty.
I would not recommend to spend your money such an over expensive product

Plantronics make a well design wireless phone in all ways, except the headset cord. �I've been using these models for over 10 years now. �Replacing batteries is expected, but each phone has gone through 2 or more headset replacements because the wire breaks at the plug or restraining notch. �It needs redesigning.
